Sekolah Sinar Harapan is a special school for children with special needs in the district of Seberang Perai Tengah and nearby areas. This school is managed by the Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak Terencat Akal, Seberang Perai and is sponsored by the Department of Social Welfare (JKM). The school provides guidance, assistance, and specialized training to children with special needs so that they can reach their fullest potential in basic learning, self-help, and social skills.
